Following an Off-Bike assessment and Shoe/Cleat assessment we will assess you on the bike.
Using Velogic advanced motion capture system it provided simultaneous bilateral biomechanics analysis of you pedalling on your bike. The system helps to reveal details which are invisible to the naked eye - used to support the fitter guiding and validating every adjustment during your session for optimal positioning and efficiency. Along with Gebiomized pressure mapping we can analyze pressure distribution and movement patterns in real time intuitive, and scientifically validated. Besides reducing discomfort, this tool allows us to measurably improve comfort, stability and performance.

Follow-Up Bike Fit

This is a follow-up bike fit which must be completed on the same bike and within 6 months from initial bike fit.
Saddle Pressure Mapping

We use Gebiomized Pressure Mapping System which is based on dynamic saddle pressure measurement, making the invisible visible: the actual interaction between the rider and the bike.
We can analyze pressure distribution and movement patterns in real time intuitive, and scientifically validated. Besides reducing discomfort, this tool allows us to measurably improve comfort, stability and performance.
A range of saddles are on offer (or you can bring your own) to try out and find the saddle that suits your best.

Lake Cycling Shoe Fitting

Lake Cycling are the market leaders of well-fitting cycling shoes.
We not only measure the length of your feet but also the width, arch height and volume. We can then advise on the right shoe based on your measurements and your preferences. We will then order your shoes and get you back in (normally 48hrs) to try them on.
The price of the fitting is fully redeemable against a new pair of Lake Cycling Shoes ordered from us.

The correct foot support is essential whilst cycling.
We offer Sidas insoles which help to improve comfort, power transfer, and foot stability by providing tailored arch support and reducing "hot spots". They minimize excessive foot movement inside rigid shoes, alleviating numbness and pain while enhancing pedalling efficiency through a better-supported, customized fit.
