About Me.
I started PureFit Bike Studio, and cycling has been at the centre of my life for over 15 years. I’ve competed across road, gravel, cyclocross and MTB disciplines, giving me a deep, practical understanding of how different bikes and different riding styles demand different positions.
That multi-discipline experience allows me to approach bike fitting with real-world insight.
Alongside competing, I’ve worked within the bike industry for over 12 years. This has given me extensive knowledge of bikes and their components.
I am also a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, which gives me a detailed understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics and movement patterns. This background allows me to assess not just how you sit on the bike, but how your body functions off it, identifying imbalances, restrictions and asymmetries that influence comfort and performance.
I work with both male and female cyclists, recognising that every rider’s physiology, goals and experience are unique. My approach is evidence-based, detail-driven and centred around the individual.
At PureFit Bike Studio, my aim is simple: to create a position that supports your body, enhances your performance and makes every ride feel strong, comfortable and purposeful.
I combine technical precision with a rider focused approach. Every fit is individual. Every adjustment has purpose. Whether you’re a first-time road rider, a gravel adventurer, an MTB racer or chasing elite-level gains, my goal is the same: to create a position that supports your goals, your physiology and your riding style.
Because bike fitting isn’t just about millimetres — it’s about unlocking your potential.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting your cycling journey in the studio.
Jane.
